The Thiruvananthapuram-Kollam Diocesan Yuvajana Sakhyam continues to move forward with its mission of nurturing young people in the church toward the fullness of life in Christ through a diverse range of programs and initiatives. These efforts broadly fall under the four-fold programs of Worship, Study, Witness, and Service.

To coordinate activities within the diocese, ten sub-committees have been formed:

Gajulapally Mission Visit and gatherings of Telugu-speaking youth

Mission to Parish – Outreach to smaller parishes and congregations

24-hour voluntary service at the Kattakada Vayojana Mandiram

Christmas gift distribution for HIV/AIDS-affected individuals at Snehatheeram, Manjalumoodu

Free medical camp for residents of Perungalam Island

Blanket distribution for homeless individuals near railway stations in Kadapa and Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh

Library donation for students of Oruma Light to Life, Kulathoor

Anti-drug awareness campaigns and peer pressure counseling at Karuthal Light to Life and Channapetta Mar Thoma School

International Women's Day celebrations, including special counseling and motivational sessions for young women

Marriage assistance of ₹30,000 for three financially struggling members under the "Meris" wedding aid scheme
